Lotus Salon Policies
Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of services reserved.
No shows will result in a fee totaling 100% of the service booked.
To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book your appointment.
Consultations are required for color corrections and extensions. A deposit will be required to hold this appointment, which will be placed toward your extension appointment. If you choose not to use our stylist for your extensions, the deposit is forfeited for Stylist’s time slot.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. After 9 minutes, it is an automatic cancellation of the appointment and we would ask that you reschedule for a future appt. with a credit card. This is to ensure we respect our artists time and their other guests time. When one client is late, the entire day runs late.

Monetary refunds will not be given for any services rendered.
All Retail/product sales are a final. No exchanges or returns are permissible. There is no exception to this policy.
While we love children at Lotus Salon, we do ask that your children do not accompany you to your appointment. Our team cannot be responsible for children in the salon, as it is not a safe place due to sharp tools, hot tools, chemicals etc… The only exception to this would be if the child has an appointment. In this case, we ask the parents to please stay with their young child to be sure they are able to remain still and receive their service safely. Please know the concern is out of safety for your child, and the pleasant environment we aim to create for all of our guests.
A cash discount will be given to clients who use the preferred method of paying cash for their services. Lotus Salon has incurred the exorbitant credit card fees for many years. We can no longer continue as fees continue to increase. The discount will be automatically applied upon check out. Please note this does include use of a debit card as this is NOT a surcharge, rather than a discount for using cash only. For our clients convenience, we have an ATM machine on premise.
